2 large cans of pumpkin spread on a baking pan and baked @350 for 45mins then added to the mash
1.5 teaspoons of epicure pumpkin spice added @ 5 minutes left of the boil
Dememera sugar was added before the boil started to allow the sugars to caramelize.
